At Soak&Sleep, we want you to love your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 365-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. If your new bedding or bath essentials aren't quite right, we've made the return process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
